When Flock camera or data center agreements are negotiated in secret with no public input, or are done over the overwhelming rejection by the public, is that not its own "new rule of law"?


I assume those agreements were done under the power that the public gave them, so no I would not consider it a new rule of law. The public delegating decision making to specific roles is a regular occurrence. If the process is creating bad results then people should change the process instead of trying to find people to "override" it.
