The difference is the officer doing police work and running a plate and it wouldn’t have happened. Instead the officer did not do police work and responded to an automated flagging by a dragnet like a drone. The dragnet did the police work.

This is 100% the fault of Flock!



Look at the photo of the license plate. If a cop pulls up behind that car and runs the plate, or gets a call for "34 DTM," that car is 100% getting pulled over.

Dragnet surveillance is unconstitutional and the people involved belong in prison, but dragnet surveillance didn't cause this. Putting the wrong plate into the system did.
