Scam of a company. Don’t bother applying, they only use this for self-promotion and marketing.
They keep posting this each month, without actually hiring anyone. I know several people (incl. me) who have filled out their lengthy application and not one of them received even an auto-rejection email.
But they like posting blogs and quoting PG. :)
It is a joke what Who is hiring has become, a bunch of ghost listings.
I think it's more accurate to say "both the hiring process and hiring venues have been enshittified." That said, I've recently entirely given up applying for jobs I see posted on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed etc., in favor of following up on HN Who Is Hiring posts, especially those that end with "drop me an email." I've had several good talks with CEOs, and hiring managers, and several preliminary tech screens. So, there's still signal here.
