I already do pay for customer service from a human but those humans are just automatons blindly following policies that they do not understand but their job requires them to enforce.
What I would support is national legislation that companies over a certain size must disclose their policies in detail. Any violations of their policies they must disclose in detail for the specific violations dates and times that they occurred and the specific remediation actions that may allow to be taken. These companies want to be arbiters of who can interact in the online communities but then they want no responsibility to have transparency to how to properly interact in the online communities.
