I dunno Georgian but it really should be as Sakartvelo? Not like a base Kart(v) plus some local language changes for point of land?

Because as I can see:

- Fixes sa- and -o are for the area where X dwell⁰. For comapare, itʼs also used to sa-berʒn-eti «Greece»¹ sa-prang-eti «France»².

- Suffix -eli is for the person is from X³. Also used for other people. Suffix -v- is debatable, maybe itʼs for places.

So, I guess, in kinda Latin way itʼs Kart(v)ia.
